Christy Conway is the Senior Director of Leadership Services / Governance for the Georgia REALTORS®, a role she has held since January 2010. She serves as the primary point of contact for local boards/associations in the area of leadership development and training and is the staff liaison for local boards/associations in the areas of development, implementation and administration of member services, products and programs. Christy serves as a liaison to the following Committees: Association Executives, Board of Directors, Executive, GAR Leadership Academy, Nominating, President-Elect Forum, Regional Directors, Special Recognition and NAR Institutes, Societies and Councils.  She has received both RCE and E-Pro Designations from NAR and is a member of their Policy and Board Jurisdiction Committee.

Christy holds a certificate in Strategies for Nonprofit Management from the University of Chicago Graham School.
