Teach

The GRI Board of Governors and the Georgia REALTORS® are soliciting applications from qualified instructors to teach the Georgia Graduate, REALTOR® Institute Core Courses.

If you are interested in becoming an approved instructor for Georgia’s GRI Core Courses, please complete the electronic GRI CORE COURSE INSTRUCTOR APPLICATION (click here).

The application requires you to provide:

  • A Submission Video. Please provide a 1- to 3-minute video introducing yourself to the GRI Governors. Make sure you tell the GRI Board of Governors about you, your passions, and why you want to become a GRI Instructor.
  • A head shot for use on our websites and as part of your bio, should you be approved.
  • A short (2-3 paragraphs) bio in WORD format.
  • All information you would like the GRI Board of Governors to review in Word or PDF format only.
  • Three client references including names, organization, and contact information. References must be able to provide insight regarding your skills, qualifications, and delivery of requested training services. (Provide in Word or PDF format.)

Requirements to teach a GRI Core Course:

Instructors are required to attend the core courses (for which they are approved to teach) within twelve (12) months of their approved application date to complete the approval process. Once the instructor has attended a core course, they will be added to the approved instructor list on the Georgia GRI website for that course.

  • If the instructor holds the GRI Designation, they can choose to audit the core courses at no charge or pay for the course to receive CE credits and, for the Skill Building and Risk Management courses, license law and Code of Ethics credits.
  • If the instructor has not earned their GRI Designation, they are required to pay for the core courses and work towards earning the designation.

Georgia’s GRI Core Courses are:

1. Risk Management – 2-Day Course

2. Systems and Tools – 1-Day Course

3. Skill Building – 2-Day Course

The curriculum will be provided by GRI.
