1. Exclusive invitations to YPN events.
2. Stay abreast of industry happenings. Through the blog on the YPN national site members stay in the loop on hot issues. YPN also has special educational sessions at REALTOR® conferences that address strategies for success in real estate. The Georgia chapter has a fanpage on Facebook.
3. Have your own sounding board. Young professionals have unique challenges in real estate. By belonging to a network of peers who face similar issues, members can bounce ideas off one another and provide support to each other.
4. Get involved. Many people who are new to the industry want to get involved with their local, state or national association but either don’t know how to go about it or they find it too intimidating. YPN encourages members to explore leadership opportunities at all levels.
5. Quarterly newsletter with the latest news, upcoming YPN Georgia events, and YPN events at local boards/associations.

REALTOR® Magazine launched the Young Professional Network in 2006. YPN is a member-driven organization that helps young real estate professionals excel in their careers by giving them the tools and encouragement to become involved in four core areas:

1. REALTOR® associations. Attend REALTOR® conferences and pursue leadership roles with their local, state, and national associations.
2. Real estate industry. Take an active role in policy discussions and advocacy issues; be informed about the latest industry news and trends.
3. Peers. Network and learn from one another by attending events, participating in online communication, and seeking out mentoring opportunities.
4. Community. Become exceptional members of their community by setting a high level of REALTOR® professionalism and volunteering for causes they feel passionate about.

YPN Georgia is on the Right Track!
On Friday, July 29, 2022, YPN members and guests from around the state gathered at the Porsche Experience Center in Atlanta for an unforgettable networking event! Attendees enjoyed food and drinks and several took a demo lap on Porsche’s track. Pictures coming soon!

YPN Leadership Live Series!
On behalf of your 2022 YPN Committee Chair Emily Wheeler, and Vice Chair Quinn Arnau, you’re invited to join us via Zoom for the YPN Leadership Live series! Throughout the year, the YPN Committee will host a series of quarterly meetings (via Zoom) to help foster a conversation between young professionals on a variety of topics including getting involved with the REALTOR® association, networking, industry trends, and all things YPN.
