$149 plus 12% Tax – Ocean View

Self parking is available at $20.00 plus tax per vehicle, per night. The current day rate for valet parking is $10.00 plus tax per vehicle, and the current overnight valet rate is $35.00 plus tax per vehicle, per night. The parking rates that are in affect during the dates of your meeting may be greater or less and, will be applicable to those that choose to park in the hotel parking facility. Rates are subject to change.

The prevailing resort charge of $30.00 per night plus tax (currently 12%) has been discounted to $15.00. Resort fee has been included in the GAR room rate. All group attendees will receive the following amenities:

  • In-room coffee station
  • Coffee in the Lobby 4:00am – 6:00am
  • Refreshment station in the Lobby 10:30am – 6:00pm
  • Seasonal poolside amenities
  • Resort beach access
  • Beach games (March – September)
  • Unlimited use of health & fitness center
  • Golf driving range privileges and one bucket of range balls
  • On-property resort transportation service
  • Unlimited Internet access in all guest rooms and Lobby
  • Unlimited in-room local & toll-free phone calls

Once you register you will receive an email with information on how to reserve a room.

The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this room block is Thursday, December 9, 2021. Reservation requests received after 5:00 PM local time at the Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted based on guest room availability at the prevailing transient rates. Rooms are not guaranteed to be available through December 9. Rooms are on a first come, first served basis.

Our check-in time is 4:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am. All guests arriving before 4:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. Our Guest Service staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.

In the event a guest who has requested a room within your block checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early departure fee in the amount equal to one-night room and tax to that guest’s individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee should advise the Omni Amelia Island Plantation at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

One night deposit is due at time of booking and if the guest must cancel they must do so prior to 12:00 pm 7-days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.
